Information Required From New Signed Artists

Thank you for signing, Here is a list of what we require from you to take you and your music further • Your Track preferably in 24bit or 16bit WAV,AIFF or FLAC. (Please make sure your file name details are listed like this "Track name - Artist Name") and if it features any other artist. (Please Note! If you have already provided us with your files and you have not made any changes to your tracks there is no need to send them to us again) • For best results for mastering, if you can please supply your track at about –6 db from your DAW (Do not normalize) so we have some head room. (Optional) If you have mastered or had your track mastered already? Please put (Already Mastered) at the end of the title. • A Photo (for promotional use) Try to make it look as professional as you can so we can use it on Beatport. (Optional) • Your Bio with just a little about yourself "i.e" how you got in to the genre of music you produce and any other information (for promotional use) (Optional) • If you have artwork for this release please provide this to us. PLEASE NOTE! The artwork must be 100% your own and no copyrighted material and 3000 x 3000pix jpg. We will add our logo, If you do not have any artwork we will supply your release with our own branded Artwork. • Your social networking sites you are on "i.e" your Facebook page(s), Soundcloud, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram or your website address. • Does any of the tracks contain explicit language. If so name the track(s) Please send your files to us via our Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/request/CqsPUvcHpNZbXeUCRYt1 (Please Zip your files in to a folder if possible) Please provide the music genre of each of your track(s) Please provide a name for your Track(s) and the times of each of the track(s) If you have already got releases on Spotify and / or Apple Music? Please provide us the links to your Artist Profile pages. If you are a member of any Performing Rights Organization, Please provide your (PRO) CAE number and Organization"For Example" BMI, ASCAP, or SESAC just incase we might need it. Also if you would like us to hold a remix contest with your track we can but this will add quite a bit of time to the release date or if you have another track you would like us to use please send us a demo also if we agree to hold the contest with your track we would need the stems in wav format and also the BPM If you have any questions regarding the contract and terms please reach out us here. PLEASE NOTE...If the track(s) you are releasing with us is on Soundcloud and is set on a free download please disable this feature, also in the title line please type forthcoming on DivisionBass Digital plus in the Metadata tab please write [DivisionBass Digital] and attach the logo provided to the track. Please Be Aware! If your music contains any Vocals or Samples that are not cleared for commercial release? Then please remove or replace them. Once we have received your track(s) we will start to promote and distribute them to all our stores. Once we have a confirmed release date set for your track(s) we will provide you with information and artwork for your release via email or Facebook.
